Father Fred Jenga, C.S.C. is the President of Holy Cross Family Ministries (HCFM). Father Fred, a native of Uganda, has multiple degrees including theology, philosophy, and communications. His native language is Lusoga and he speaks English, Luganda, Kiswahili, and Rutooro. He has been a teacher, researcher, author and family minister. Father Fred is committed to helping build God’s masterpiece one family at a time.

As President, of HCFM, Fr. Jenga is passionate about helping families pray and grow spiritually. He leads a team of dedicated professionals who are pioneering innovative ways to promote the spiritual well-being of 21st century families. Guiding all of Holy Cross Family Ministries’ efforts is the evergreen wisdom of its founder, Venerable Patrick Peyton, C.S.C., who professed that “The family that prays together stays together” and “A world at prayer is a world at peace.

Father Charlie McCoy, C.S.C. was born and raised in the greater Chicago area, Father Charlie McCoy, C.S.C., made his final vows in 2008 and was ordained in 2009. For most of his life in Holy Cross, he has served as a professor and a pastoral resident in a men’s hall at the University of Portland in Oregon. Since Father Charlie comes from a lively, close-knit family, and since devotion to the Rosary stretches back generations among his relatives, he feels very blessed to be joining the team at Holy Cross Family Ministries to carry on the legacy of Venerable Patrick Peyton.

Family Theater Productions

Father David Guffey, C.S.C., serves as the National Director at Family Theater Productions. He leads both the media production and the pastoral outreach activities. His team has numerous credits for his award-winning work in digital video and film including, Catholic Central, PRAY: The story of Patrick Peyton; Playing Like a Girl: The House that Rob Built, Native Ball: Legacy of a Trailblazer, and Broken Mary: The Kevin Matthew’s Story. He also consults on film and television projects, including The Chosen series. Father David grew up in Mt. Carroll, Illinois where his parents Gary and Eileen and his sister Lisa still live. He enjoys hiking, photography, travel and of course, filmgoing. He serves on the boards of The University of Portland and Notre Dame High School, Sherman Oaks.

Lisa received her Doctorate in Ministry from the Catholic University of America in Spiritual Formation with emphasis in evangelization and catechesis. She wrote her dissertation on the spiritual and faith formation of the domestic church.

Since 2007 Lisa has served as an adjunct professor at St. Joseph College for both theology and pastoral ministry courses. Her work with the Congregation of Holy Cross began in 2018 as a facilitator and advisor with the McGrath Institute for Church Life at the University of Notre Dame’s STEP Program. And she also serves as a faculty member for the Permanent Diaconate program for the Diocese of Fall River.

Lisa grew up in Attleboro, Massachusetts in the shadow of our Lady’s Mantle as she lived close to Lasalette Shrine and visited often with her family. She is the fifth of six children. She is the proud aunt of 11 nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.

Father Boby John, C.S.C., is a dedicated priest of the Congregation of Holy Cross, ordained in 2008. Rooted in the vibrant culture of Kerala, India, he answered a profound calling to serve among tribal communities in Northeast India for thirteen years as a pastor and educator. A scholar and servant-leader, he holds a master’s degree in Educational Management and a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership. He now brings his pastoral heart and academic expertise to his dual role as Co-Director of Family Rosary USA and Chaplain at The Father Peyton Center of Holy Cross Family Ministries in North Easton, Massachusetts.

Holy Cross Family Ministries

Father David S. Marcham is a priest of the Archdiocese of Boston and serves as Vice Postulator and Guild Director of the Cause for Canonization of Venerable Patrick Peyton. Before entering St. John’s Seminary in Brighton, Massachusetts, he worked for eleven years as a physical therapist in Boston-area hospitals. Ordained in 2005, Father David was assigned to St. Mary Parish in Franklin, Massachusetts.

His involvement in Father Peyton’s Cause began in 2007, when he assisted Father George Lucas, C.S.C., in advancing the Cause for Canonization. Appointed Vice Postulator in 2009, Father David oversees the progress of the Cause, directs the Guild, and promotes devotion to Father Peyton’s legacy of family prayer.

Father Pinto Paul, C.S.C., Ph.D., serves as the International Director of Holy Cross Family Ministries (HCFM). In this role, he provides leadership and support to HCFM ministries in 18 countries across 6 continents, helping advance the mission of strengthening family prayer, faith formation, and spiritual life around the world.

Originally from Kerala, India, Father Pinto spent ten years as a missionary in Tripura with the Northeast Province of the Congregation of Holy Cross. Before his appointment as International Director, he served as Special Assistant to the President of Holy Cross Family Ministries. He also ministered for six years in Campus Ministry at Stonehill College, accompanying students in their faith formation, leadership development, and spiritual growth.
